1 cup of Mircle whip dressing 1/4 cup honey 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard 2 Tbs. peanut butter 4 boneless-skinless chicken breast(halves)(cut into strips) 1 1/2 cups of finely crushed potato chips
1. Mix dressing, honey, mustard, and peanut butter .
2. Brush chicken with 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture; coat with crushed chips.
3. Place on greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake: at 425 degrees for 7-9 minutes, turn; and continue baking 4-8 minutes or until lightly browned, serve with remaining dressing.
