1 1/2 cup salad oil 2 cups sugar 3 cups flour, sifted 3 eggs 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 3 cups apples, peeled and chopped 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1. In mixing bow, combine oil, sugar, flour, eggs, pecans, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Blend well.
2. Fold in apples.
3. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4. Cool and remove from pan.
5. Heat butter, brown sugar and evaporated milk. Stir to dissolve sugar and pour over cake.
