1/4 cup butter 1 1/4 cups flour, sifted 3/4 cup sugar pinch of salt 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup chopped nuts
1. Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Drop 1/2 teaspoon batter per cookie on cookie sheet.
3. Bake in oven at 375 F.
