1 pkg (9 oz) cheese tortellini 1/2 c mayonnaise 1/4 c milk 1/4 c plus 1/3 c shredded Parmesan, divided 2 Tbs lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, minced 8 c torn Romaine lettuce 1 c seasoned croutons halved cherry tomatoes
1. Cook tortellini according to pkg directions.
2. In small bowl combine mayo, milk, 1/4 c Parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic; mix well.
3. Drain tortellini and rinse in cool water. Place in large bowl.
4. Add Romaine and remaining Parmesan. Just before serving, drizzle with the dressing from small bowl and toss to coat. Top with croutons and tomatoes.
