4 cups cooked rice 2 green peppers, chopped 2 stalks celery 16 ounce can cooked red kidney beans 4 tablespoons parsley 1/2 cup salad oil 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup water 4 teaspoons paprika 4 teaspoons prepared horse radish 1 teaspoon of onion salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, pepper, celery, beans and parsley. Set aside.
2. Combine salad oil, vinegar, water, paprika, horse radish, onion salt and red pepper.
3. Toss together to coat.
