7 to 8 medium size tomatoes 3/4 box seasoned croutons 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 small onion, chopped 1/4 cup margarine
1. Cut tops off tomatoes. Scoop out pulp and save.
2. Saute' onions and tomato pulp in margarine until onions are tender.
3. Stir in 2/3 cup cheese.
3. Add croutons.
4. Stuff tomatoes with above mixture.
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
6. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes.
