Cake: 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix (do not follow package directions) 1/2 cup cooking oil 4 eggs 1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges plus juice Icing: 1 large carton Cool whip 1 3-oz. package Vanilla instant pudding 1 large can Crushed pineapple and juice
Cake:
1. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and juice. Add orange pieces and stir.
2. Bake 325-degrees for 15 minutes. Use 4 (8 inch) round layer pans.
Icing:
1. Mix ingredients together and frost all layers.
2. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
