2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/3 cup milk 2/3 cup mashed potato flakes 2 Tbs. instant minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 lb. lean ground beef Dip 1 cup chive or onion sour cream 1 Tbs. brown gravy mix 2 tsp. milk
1. Combine eggs, milk and potato flakes in bowl; let stand for about 1 minute.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
3. Cook in skillet until brown and well done; keep warm in oven until ready to serve.
4. Serve with toothpicks.
Dip
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat through, stirring constantly; do not boil.
2. Serve with meatballs.
