1 lb. sausage 1 cup chopped celery 12 cup chopped onion 2 cups cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can milk
1. Cook sausage in skillet until brown; remove from skillet.
2. Saute celery and onion in drippings in skillet until golden brown; drain off excess drippings.
3. Stir in sausage, rice, soup and milk; place in casserole dish.
4. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
