2 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoons baking powder 3 tablespoons sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup oil 1 tablespoon sour cream 3/4 cups cooked wild rice
1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs; add milk,oil, sour cream and wild rice.
3. Add to dry ingredients. Batter will be lumpy.
4. Cook on heated griddle.
ALTERNATIVE: Add 1 cup cooked wild rice to your favorite pancake mix.
