1 package crescent rolls 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened 1 to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 package dry Ranch dressing mix 1/2 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup cauliflower florets 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 1 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
1. Unroll crescent roll dough; fit onto greased pizza pan, pinching perforations to seal. Bake according to package directions; cool.
2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing mix.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
4. Top with vegetables. Cut into pieces and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
