2 packages frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise, depending on taste 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine or butter, cut into pats.
1. Mix vegetables, onion, celery, cheese, and mayonnaise until well blended.
2. Top with crushed crackers; dot with margarine pats.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
