3/4 cup apple cider 6 to 8 peeled and cored apples, chopped 2 Tbs. lemon juice 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. allspice honey to taste 1/2 cup raisins or sunflower seed (optional)
1. Pour 1/4 cup cider into blender or food processor.
2. Add 1/3 of the apples and blend until pureed.
3. Process remaining cider and remaining apples alternately until mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into large bowl.
5. Add lemon juice, spices, and honey; stir thoroughly.
6. Fold in raisins.
