1 pound ground turkey 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg white 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cooking oil 2 tablespoons flour 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 cups apple juice 1 apple, coarsely grated
1. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, and salt in bowl and mix well. Form into 1-inch balls.
2. In skillet, brown balls in oil. Transfer browned turkey
balls to baking dish.
3. Add flour and cinnamon to skillet. Stir constantly
until light brown.
4. Add apple juice and grated apple. Cook until thickened.
Pour over turkey balls.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
