1 red apple, unpeeled and diced 1 tablespoon lemon juice, sprinkled on apple 4 ounces canned tuna, drained and flaked 1 tablespoon chopped pickle 1 tablespoon chopped pimento 1/4 cup raw Chinese cabbage or cucumber
1. Mix together above ingredients and serve chilled.
Tasty additions suggested: chopped raw green beans, diced raw celery, diced radishes. Can also substitute steamed lobster for tuna.
