Ingredients:
15 oz tortellini; cheese
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 pinch nutmeg; freshly grated pinch
6 tablespoons parmesan; freshly grated
3/4 cup peas; frozen tiny thawed drained
1 1/2 oz prosciutto; fat trimmed cut
1 pinch salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
1. Cook tortellini in large pot of boiling salted water until barely tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

2. Drain thoroughly.

3. Meanwhile, bring cream to boil in heavy large saucepan.

4. Reduce heat.

5. Add nutmeg and simmer until slightly thickened, about 8 minutes.

6. Return tortellini to pot. Add warm cream, Parmesan, peas and prosciutto.

7. Simmer over low heat until tortellini are tender and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes.

8. Season with salt and pepper.

9. Divide among four warm bowls and serve.
