1 lb. tomatoes, quartered 1 cup sliced English cucumber 1/3 cup light Caesar dressing 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/2c) 1 Tbs. chopped basil leaves 1 package (10 oz) Italian salad blend or any lettuce
1. In bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, Caesar dressing, onion and basil.
2. On serving platter, arrange salad blend; spoon tomato mixture onto lettuce.
