1 teaspoon oil
1/4 minced onion
3/4 teaspoon flour
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 quart can cut tomatoes (stewed)
4 cups water
1 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
1 1/2 cups tiny noodles
1. In 4 quart pot, sautee onion in oil with flour until lightly browned. Do not burn.
2. Add paste and stewed tomatoes, then water. Water should fill to just over half the pot. Stir over medium heat until boiling, then reduce heat to simmer.
3. Add noodles and simmer 5-6 minutes or until noodles are tender.
4. Add sugar and salt at the end.
