2 scallions(spring onions) 2 Tbs. olive oil 3 Tbs. tomato paste 5-oz/150g mayonnaise (or mayonnaise light) Tabasco Salt Sugar Freshly ground white pepper
1. Peel the scallions (spring onions) and cut into thin rings.
2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the onions and fry gently. Next stir in the tomato paste.
3. Leave to cool in a bowl, then stir in the mayonnaise.
4. Season with Tabasco, salt and sugar and pepper.
