fresh pumpkin seeds 1 to 2 Tbs. melted butter salt, garlic salt or onion salt to taste
1. Wash pumpkin seeds; pat dry with paper towels.
2. Place seeds on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
3. Pour butter over seeds; season with salt.
4. Roast at 325-degrees for 1 to 2 hours or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
