6 cups oats 1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar 3/4 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut 1/4 cup sesame seed 1 cup chopped pecans or almonds 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Divide oats into 2 ungreased 13x9-inch pans.
2. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Return to pans.
4. Bake at 350-degrees for 20 to 26 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown evenly.
5. Cool; store in airtight container.
