2 tablespoon chopped green onions 1 1/2 tsps. packed light or dark brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoon dry sherry 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the green onion, sugar, ginger, soy sauce, sherry, and garlic and process on high until smooth.
2. Use as a marinade for pork, beef, or poultry.
