1/4 cup cocoa 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups nonfat dry milk 1 can evaporated skim milk dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 4 cups water
1. Combine cocoa, sugar, and 1/2 cup water in 2-qt. saucepan; stir until smooth.
2. Heat to boiling; continue boiling for 1 minute.
3. Mix dry milk with 1 cup water until smooth.
4. Add milk, evaporated milk, salt and 4 cups water to cocoa mixture; heat to scalding point.
5. Add vanilla; garnish with marshmallows.
6. Serve immediately.
