1 16-ounce bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 cup sour cream 1 4-ounce jar pimento, drained 1 can French fried onions
1. Combine veggies, soup, half of the cheese, sour cream and half of the onions into a 2-quart casserole.
2. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
3. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
