Sweet Potato Pie 2 Recipes

1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup (5 tablespoons) margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
3/4 cup sugar (adjust according to sweetness of
potatoes.)
1 unbaked pie shell

1. Mix pie ingredients and pour into pie shell.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
