3 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 cup Wesson oil 3 1/3 cup self-rising flour 2/3 water 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. nutmeg 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed 1 cup pecans 1 cup raisins
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Pour into 4 greased, 1 pound coffee cans, filling each half full and bake at 350-dgrees* for 1 hour.
*Be sure to preheat oven.
