6 pork chops 2/3 cup brown sugar catsup 6 lemon slices
1. Arrange 6 or more chops in a 2-inch pan.
2. Fill pan with water up to chop level. Pour 1 tablespoon catsup in the center of each pork chop. Place a lemon slice in the center of catsup on chop and press gently.
3. Sprinkle the chops with brown sugar.
4. Bake at 375-degrees for 55 to 60 minutes depending on the thickness of chops.
