Meatballs: 3 lbs lean ground beef 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1/3 cup milk 1 small onion, chopped 1/3 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Sauce: 2 large cans tomato sauce 1/2 cup light brown sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons white vinegar
1. Combine all ingredients for meatballs. Shape into
balls, and brown in saucepan over medium heat. Drain.
2. Mix together ingredients for sauce. Place in crockpot.
3. Add meatballs to sauce in crockpot. Cook on high for
3 1/2 to 4 hours.
