2 cups sweet potatoes 2 eggs 1/3 cup margarine 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 tablespoons nutmeg
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into baked pie shell.
2. Bake 30 minutes at 400-degrees.
3. Combine 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 stick margarine (melted), 1/4 cup light brown sugar. Pour over pie and bake 15 minutes longer.
