1/2 pound ground sirloin 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon catsup 1/2 teaspoon salt 36 small cocktail onions
1. Combine sirloin, cheese, catsup and salt; mix thoroughly.
2. Drain onions well on paper towels; pat dry.
3. Shape meat mixture around each onion, making balls about twice as large as the onions.
4. Place 3 or 4 meatballs on each bamboo skewer. Chill.
5. Place skewers on well-greased grill 2 inches from hot coals; cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once.
