1 lb hamburger 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 to 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar 3/4 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon tapioca
1. Fry and drain meat. Add all remaining ingredients except tapioca, and simmer until cooked through. Add tapioca and simmer for another 20 minutes to thicken.
2. Serve on hamburger buns.
This recipe doubles, and triples easily, so it's a great thing to make for parties. To keep hot you can leave in a crock pot turned on low heat.
