Description: Simple, fast, and delicious 3-ingredient cookie that is great for the kids to help with

Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter, chunky or smooth 1 cup sugar + extra for dipping 1 egg Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix well 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 egg. 3. Roll into walnut sized balls. 4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork or bottom of cup with design on it. 5. Bake 8 minutes or until slightly browned. 6.
