1 15 ounce package raisins 8 ounce dried apricots (about 1 1/2 cups) 8 ounce dried figs (about 1 1/3 cups) 8 ounce pitted prunes (about 1 1/3 cups) 1 cup pecans or walnuts sugar (optional)
1. Chop all ingredients except sugar in food grinder, using course blade; mix thoroughly.
2. Shape mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
3. Roll in sugar.
4. Let stand uncovered until dry, about 4 hours.
5. Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
