1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup koolaid mix, lively colors
2 eggs
2 cups flour
sugar icing
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine butter and sugar and koolaid mix; beat until light and fluffy.
3. Blend in eggs.
4. Add flour; mix well.
5. Knead on well floured board until smooth.
6. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters, dipped in powdered sugar.
7. Bake on lightly greased cookiesheets for 10-12 minutes.
8. Cool slightly and decorate with icing as you would sugar cookies.
9. Make a lot of batches in different colors, the kids love them.
