1 large tomato 2 eggs 2 teaspoons chopped, fresh basil
1. Halve a large tomato and scoop out seeds.
2. Fill each half with 1 egg and 1 teaspoon chopped, fresh basil.
3. Microwave for 1 minute. Let sit for 1 minute before removing from microwave.
