Ingredients: 1 pint strawberries 4 tablespoons high quality balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sugar Preparation: 1. Wash and drain strawberries. 2. Slice berries into 1/2-inch thick slices and place in a large mixing bowl. 3. Add vinegar, pepper and sugar and gently toss to coat. Divide among 4 martini glasses and serve.
