1 1/2 cup boiling water 1 pkg. lime gelatin 1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 medium apple, chopped 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice 12 pecan halves
1. Stir boiling water into gelatin until gelatin is dissolved.
2. Pour into electric mixer bowl; add cream cheese.
3. Beat at medium speed until cheese is dissolved.
4. Add apples, nuts and pineapple; pour into mold.
5. Cover; chill in refrigerator until partially congealed.
6. Stir, then place pecan halves on top of salad for decorations.
