2 cups stewed yellow squash, well drained and mashed 2 teaspoons salt or to taste 1 teaspoon pepper or to taste 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup all-purpose flour
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Drop by spoonfuls into hot, oiled skillet.
3. Fry until light brown on both sides; drain on paper towels and serve hot.
