2 cups grated, raw yellow squash 1/2 tsp. grated onions Dash of pepper 2 tsp. sugar 6 Tbs. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. margarine
1. Combine squash, onion, pepper, sugar, salt, and flour.
2. Beat eggs and add to squash. Add margarine.
3. Drop by tablespoon on griddle; cook on both sides until golden brown.
4. Serve immediately.
