4 ounces half and half 4 ounces water or chicken stock 4 ounces grated parmesan cheese 1 pound Velveeta cheese 1 10 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and drained cayenne to taste 8 ounces sour cream 1 lemon, juiced
1. Mix all ingredients in stock pot and melt together over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
