3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons white wine 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons minced garlic 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes--more to taste 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat; add shrimp. Cook about 4 minutes.
2. Add garlic, pepper flakes, lemon juice, wine, and salt. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
3. Uncover and stir in butter. Remove from heat and add parsley.
