1 uncooked 9-inch pie shell 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup dark corn syrup 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 3 eggs 1 cup salted peanuts
1. Heat oven to 375-degrees.
2. Beat sugar, salt, corn syrup, peanut butter and eggs; stir in peanuts.
3. Pour into pie shell.
4. Bake until pastry is golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes. Center of filling may be slightly soft but will become firm as pie cools.
5. Cool slightly and refrigerate.
6. Nice served with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
