1 cup All-purpose flour 3/4 cup Yellow cornmeal 2 tsp. Baking powder 3/4 tsp. Salt 2 tbs. Sugar 1 cup Skim milk 2 tbs. Vegetable oil 1 Egg Vegetable cooking spray
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
2. Combine milk, oil, and egg; stir well.
3. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
4. Spoon batter into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 425-degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
6. Let cook 5 minutes in pan on a wire rack before serving.
