1 lb. smoked sausage (Hillshire), cut into small pieces 1 can French onion soup 1 can water 1 cup uncooked rice 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Bake, covered at 350-degrees for 1 hour.
