3 lb ground beef 1 cup onion; chopped 2 tablespoon garlic; minced 1 1/2 cup ketchup 1 cup green pepper; chopped water 4 tablespoon brown sugar 4 tablespoon prepared mustard 4 tablespoon vinegar 3 teaspoon chili pepper 8-10 hamburger buns
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.
2. Cook until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, except buns, in crockpot.
4. Stir in meat mixture.
5. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs. or on high for 3-4 hrs.
6. Spoon onto hamburger buns.
