1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon chopped onion 2 teaspoon parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Place all ingredients in blender container.
2. Blend at medium speed until ingredients are well mixed.
3. Serve with fresh well-chilled vegetables.
