8 ounces lean sirloin steak pepper 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce 1/3 cup red onion, sliced 1/3 crumbled low-fat blue cheese 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Season sirloin steak with pepper and cook in non-stick skillet until done. Slice thinly.
2. Combine remaining ingredients.
3. Serve steak over lettuce mixture.
