onion flakes 2 summer squash, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon basil 1/4 cup water 4 tomatoes 4 dinner portions fresh shrimp or lobster, shelled and deveined
1. Cook onion flakes, squash, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and basil in water.
2. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until peppers are tender.
3. Add tomatoes, cover and cook 5 minutes.
4. Blend in shrimp or lobster, cover and simmer (do not boil) a few minutes longer.
5. Serve with green salad, and lemon.
