2 1-lb cans stewed tomatoes 1 small can tomato sauce 1 small can tomato paste 1 bay leaf 1 large onion, chopped 2 green bell peppers, chopped 3 to 4 tablespoons margarine 3 lbs boiled shrimp Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste
1. Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and bay leaf in large pot. Cook on medium low heat on stovetop until thick. Remove bay leaf.
2. Saute' onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender but not brown. Add to sauce and season to taste.
3. Add shrimp. Serve over hot cooked rice.
