1 large bag of broccoli florettes 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted 1 large package Velveeta cheese 4 cups minute rice (servings for 4 on box) 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and torn into pieces
1. Cook rice and broccoli separately, according to package directions for each.
2. Mix all cooked ingredients together in large bowl.
3. Add cream of celery soup.
4. Put mixture into casserole dish. Slice Velveeta into 1/4-inch slices and completely cover top of casserole.
5. Place in preheated 375 degree F oven for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
6. Remove and serve! Enjoy!
